The Maple Valley Youth Symphony Orchestra and local U2 Tribute Band U253 will take you on a musical journey spanning four decades of hits including “Where The Streets Have No Name,” “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For,” “One” and many more. Formed in 1976 in Dublin, Ireland, U2 quickly climbed the charts and became one of the premiere rock bands of all time, selling more than 150 million records worldwide and earning 22 GRAMMY® Awards — more than any other band. Conductor Naomi Fanshier will lead the band and the MVYSO through a classic night of symphonic U2 performed as you’ve never heard it before - A rock symphony that you won’t want to miss. this is a benefit concert with all proceeds going to benefit the youth orchestra program. suggested donation is $10 at the door.
